Automatic verification of job posting accuracy via the jobv.eu crawler

The jobv.eu platform uses an automated web crawler (“JobvBot”) for the systematic verification of job postings previously identified or listed on original source websites (corporate portals, career pages, and third-party platforms).

The primary objective of JobvBot is to ensure data accuracy. If a job posting is amended or removed on its original source website, the jobv.eu crawler will update or delete the corresponding listing on the jobv.eu platform in a timely manner. Accordingly, the accuracy and currency of job postings published on jobv.eu are directly dependent on the originating source.

JobvBot processes only publicly available information and strictly adheres to recognized technical standards and “Politeness Rules.” The crawler respects directives in the robots.txt file and maintains necessary request intervals to avoid placing an undue load on source servers.
