Develop and implement adoption strategies: Planning and implementing change management initiatives on M365, Power Platform, Copilot and Device Management Training and enablement: adaptation and implementation of training, workshops and webing for end-users and workers. Creation of learning paths and materials (e.g. for M365 tools, power apps, power machines, copilot and device tools) User-centric introduction: accompaniment of pilot groups and early adopters. Feedback loops and continuous improvement of user experience Technology consulting and process optimization: support in the integration of M365 and Power Platform solutions in business processes. Advice on the use of co-pilot for increasing productivity and automation Monitoring and measurement of success: definition of KPIs for adoption. Use of M365 Usage Analytics and Power BI for Success Control
