Your tasks: You lead and develop the employees in consultation with the management. You fully represent the management of the business center in the absence. You control the individual teams via the service cockpit (service level monitoring, key figures analysis). You contribute to the further development of the business center. You are responsible for the collection, processing and long-term commitment of employees. You plan, control and bear the responsibility for earnings in sales (strategy, targets, monitoring). You run projects and work closely with credit process management. You represent the operating unit and Sparkasse Duisburg to the outside (public work, network care). Your profile: You have a bank-specific training as well as the degree savings banks business owner or a comparable qualification (e.g. Bachelor). You bring practical experience in sales and have ideally already made first experiences in the leadership of teams. You always have an open ear for the concerns of colleagues and act with a lot of empathy and a reasonable degree of enforcement. You value good communication, teamwork and cohesion.
