Your potential at Evernest: Operational control & process support – You structure operational processes, optimic processes, managst system-relevant tasks and respond to all partner requests quickly, analytically and with a high level of consulting. Strategic support & location development – You continuously analyze the performance of individual locations, conduct data-based measures and coach our partners on topics such as marketing, recruiting, pricing or sales strategy – coordinated with our internal experts. Project & Interface Management – You control complex projects such as multi-store setups, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, clean and timely manner. Onboarding & Enablement – You are responsible for a structured, strategically oriented onboarding of new franchise partners and their teams – from technical setup and tool training to process integration to market and location strategy. Further development of the franchise program – You actively develop our partner program through new tools, guides, process optimizations or scalable training formats – always with a view to efficiency and sustainable growth.
