Supervisor Operations / Teamleiter (w/m/d) in der Logistik Unlimited in full time

Put on. Think ahead. Control processes. Move nights.

You take responsibility for a central logistics area and lead a strong team through the night shift. With an overview, a sense of decision and closeness to the operation, you ensure that processes run, quality is true and people like to work together.

Working hours: in the time window 17:00–04:00, flexible in the leadership team.

Leadership, deployment and personnel planning of a team of around 100 professional employees

Control and optimization of production and hall sequences using relevant key figures

Ensuring smooth loading and unloading as well as sorting and scanning processes

Responsibility for work safety, cargo safety and hazardous goods according to requirements

Close cooperation with shift and location management in daily business

Complete training in the logistics or technical environment (e.g. warehouse logistics, specialist warehouse, forwarding, KEP, disposition)

Multiannual operational experience in logistics, ideally with first leadership experience (e.g. layer management, team management, MRP)

Organisational strength, determination and resilience – even in dynamic situations

Hands-on mentality, technical understanding and view for improvements
