Leadership & Team Development: You conduct shift and group leaders: interdisciplinary, promote individual potential through regular feedback and development talks and create an environment where cooperation and excellence are possible. Operational & strategic control: The planning, implementation and control of operational measures to achieve our location goals are your responsibility - with a clear focus on quality, productivity and continuous improvement. Planning & Budget Responsibility: You are responsible for the planning of annual quantities, personnel and production needs and actively participate in medium and long-term budget planning. Sparring partner in the daily business: As a reliable respondent, you support shift and group leaders:in everyday working life, priority topics and soar for structured, meaningful reporting. Communication & Interface Management: A clear, transparent and targeted communication across all levels ensures that all participants have a common understanding of objectives, priorities and the ‘why’.

Qualification & Experience: You have a completed degree (e.g. in BWL or logistics) or a completed training with relevant professional experience in the logistic or industrial environment. Leadership experience: Multiannual experience in a comparable position, including disciplinary leadership, characterizes you. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. Operation & Mindset: Structured, independent and solution-oriented working together with entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality. Personal strengths: You convince by communication strength, sense of responsibility, team orientation and the ability to motivate and take people.
