Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your duties include:

• Support of department management in the organization and control of daily processes
• Participation in service and holiday planning as well as ensuring smooth personnel use
• Coordination and communication with internal departments
• Implementation and monitoring of quality control in the cleaning service
• Documentation and evaluation of results and support in deriving improvements
• Processing of feedback and support to ensure quality standards
• Support in optimizing workflows and processes

We wish

• Completed training in the field of housekeeping, building cleaning, hotel industry or facility management
• Multiannual professional experience in cleaning service, ideally with first leadership experience
• Structured and independent operation
• Communication strength and safe occurrence
• Embossed organizational capacity
• Loadability and service orientation
• very good knowledge of German in word and writing (further foreign languages are welcome)
