As a team leader (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management and coordination of a software team that develops individual software solutions for our customized special machines. You actively shape the orientation of software development and support the definition of technical requirements. Your team develops software solutions for customized special machines based on the control technology used, with a focus on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and CoDeSys 3. Make sure that the procedure, structure and quality of the software are continuously improved. You work in a network of other technical development groups and work closely with mechanics, electrical engineering, project management and process development. You will always keep in mind the long-term technological orientation of the inventory solutions. You support your team in the process of launching special machines and interlinking lines and promote a structured, methodical troubleshooting (e.g. cause-effect analysis, 5-hy, function chain logic and systematic diagnostic techniques) as well as the development of sustainable solutions. You evaluate technical risks, develop solutions and support in the escalation case to ensure a frictionless project sequence. Within a reasonable period of time, you develop into the central contact partner (m/w/d) in the house and represent the software solutions of the Inventus area sovereign to internal stakeholders and customers. You plan and coordinate the tasks within your team, prioritize orders in coordination with project managers and ensure efficient resource allocation to ensure the smooth running of software projects.

Complete technical studies (informatics, electrical engineering, automation technology, control / control technology or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in automation, plant control or special machinery Very good knowledge of PLC development, preferably Beckhoff TwinCAT / CODESYS V3 Experience in the design of software architectures and modular building blocks Deep experience in operation, troubleshooting and problem solving in complex machines and/or linked lines Multiannual experience in employee management and the structured further development of teams Structured, analytical mode of work and high quality awareness Very good German and good English skills
