Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You support the branch manager in all organizational tasks. You also take the planning, coordination and monitoring of appointments and meetings. You support the branch management in various evaluations and sales statistics. Your tasks include preparing meetings and events as well as internal and external correspondence including appointment coordination. You perform responsible tasks in projects and start presentations, protocols and statistical evaluations. General assistance and secretariat tasks of course also prevail. You are an interface between the branch managers and sales and department managers, as well as between the branch managers and our corporate headquarters in Kiel.

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training Relevant professional experience in the described field of activity, preferably in a sales environment or in the hotel industry/restaurants, will help you. Embossed organizational talent and analytical skills characterize you. As a team player, you convince by binding and clear communication as well as constructive enforcement. Good English skills in word and writing complement your profile. Very good user knowledge in MS Office (at least Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as a safe handling of iOS are your skills. A safe occurrence and very good ways of handling are of course for you. An independent, structured and careful way of thinking and working. Even in challenging situations, you keep a cool head and keep an overview at any time.
