Operational Planner (m/f/d)

Coordination and implementation of the planning process for levels C (subproject IPS) as well as support for planning on level D (Baseline & Update/ Forecast). Support in the creation of schedules for PM-IPS and termination of the delivery items for PM-IPS. Support of the RM when creating resource planning (FTE) for PM-IPS (with interface to the Commercial Controller). Professional leadership of the subordinate organization in the sense of planning processes. Escalation of plan deviations and reporting of failures. Planning baseline for target cost planning of the main system. Provision of planning documentation according to customer miles/payment plans/gates of the main system. Schedule dashboard generation of the main system. Forecast updates of schedule based on actual values and risk assessments of the main system.

Successfully completed studies in the field of shipbuilding, mechanical engineering or plant engineering or comparable training with several years of professional experience in the planning of projects. Experience in handling common project planning tools such as MS Project (Server) and Jira. Knowledge in the application of methods of project planning also in complex project situations. Knowledge and experience in complex technical processes. Affinity for analyzing process sequences and their mapping. Ability to identify causes and to request and accompany appropriate measures in case of deviations from the target process. A structured way of working, the routined handling of the current MS Office products, as well as reliable English knowledge in word and writing. Methodological knowledge of the Engineering system and project management (IPMA or comparable).
