At ZEISS Corporate Research and Technology (CRT), we drive technology inspired innovation to prepare ZEISS for the future. Beyond technological and application expertise, i.e. excellence in innovation methods, search as foresighting, roadmapping, design thinking, structured problem solving, open innovation, etc. is essential to achieve this. You, as part our team, will be responsible for recognizing the right innovation methods, developing and implementing them in the context of applied research and put them to work for the group's innovation processes.
Your Role Drive regular and excellent use of innovation methods at CRT
Define and govern a portfolio of innovation methods
Train new and guide existing method owners on how to best spread the method knowledge in CRT and beyond
Work together with method owners and in project teams helping them with excellent method usage out technical challenges
Actively search and develop completely new innovation methods needed by Zeiss
Be an expert in at-least one relevant field and keep up to date with developments
Support the Head of CRT in initiatives to strengthen our innovation culture
Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, technology or engineering with a focus on innovation management or comparable
Strong background in innovation management methods
Proven experience in practical application of one or more methods like foresighting, roadmapping, design thinking, structured problem solving, open innovation
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Skilled team player & stakeholder manager
