Technical or economic training or Studies Multiannual (ideally >3-5 years) Experience in project/service management Embossed communication and analysis skills in cooperation with customers and internal interfaces Performance assessments and cross-area coordination of Action Items Secure analysis of KPIs, creation of strategic reports and derivation of improvement measures High customer and service orientation, pronounced presentation and negotiation competence and intercultural sensitivity German and English knowledge (at least B2 level)
