You create the foundations: you create and maintain our investment models for different Vonovia areas Your assessment decides: You model business plans in cooperation with various departments of the Group Their expertise is in demand: You support the development of strategic policy templates and investment bills You have the opportunity to participate in diverse projects and strategic initiatives, as well as to support inquiries from other business areas and the Executive Board and to introduce your own ideas

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Real Estate or BWL First professional experience in finance and modeling business plans desirable Your good knowledge of static and dynamic investment models makes it easy to determine the financial impact of strategic considerations You have knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office and have the pleasure of giving figures a meaning You are ready to question themselves and tasks critically and find analytically thought-out solutions
