Patterning of new tools and their documentation (model reports, OQ/PQ runs, etc.) Parameter development Committee analysis and implementation of CSDP measures Cooperation in project teams Create production regulations / master production regulations Implementation of training Creation and maintenance of tool logs Monitoring, supervision and charging of production plants Removal of disruptions to production plants Monitoring and optimization of production processes (quality, cycle, article weights, process parameters) Instruction of production aids and verification of work Informing the supervisor of machine defects or failing to comply with requirements Maintenance and maintenance of injection moulding machines, equipment and plants Compliance with order and cleanliness in production areas

Successfully completed vocational training for the process mechanic subject injection molding with subsequent further training for the industrial master or technician Finded knowledge in the field of scanning of injection molding tools Structured and analytical methods (e.g. for DOE applications) Knowledge in the field of tool construction knowledge of machine controls Arburg, Fanuc, Netstal and Engel desirable Analysis and problem solving capability Good to very good knowledge about the current MS Office products, as well as ERP, BDE and MDE systems English knowledge readiness to travel Teamability, flexibility, high operational readiness, reliability, self-initiative, strict hygiene awareness
