Project Manager Substations Primary Technology (m/f/d)

Do you want to accompany challenging refurbishment projects not only professionally but actively? We are looking for project managers with a focus on primary technology or secondary technology for the further development of our range of transformers. In this role, you take responsibility for projects or project packages in the environment of high-voltage and high-voltage systems and ensure that technical solutions, dates, costs, quality and interfaces fit together. The position is aimed at experienced project managers, project engineers, specialist planners, contractors, construction managers or technical coordinators who want to take the next step into an independent project manager function. You take over the independent management of projects or technical project packages in the substation environment. Depending on the technical focus, you are responsible for primary technical content relating to switching systems, transformers, high-voltage operating devices and plant layouts or secondary technical content relating to protective, control, control and remote control technology. You work closely with clients, network operators, specialist planners, manufacturers, suppliers and internal project participants. You ensure that technical requirements are implemented economically, normally and project-proof. Own-sponsored management of projects or project packages in the area of transformers, high-voltage systems and grid connection solutions. Control dates, costs, quality, technical risks and interfaces within your responsibility. Coordination of internal and external project participants, in particular contractors, network operators, planners, manufacturers and suppliers. Examination and evaluation of technical concepts, specifications and documentation. Ensuring complete, comprehensible and quality-secured project documentation. coordination of primary engineering planning for AIS/GIS switching systems, transformers, High voltage equipment, busbars, cable systems, grounding and plant layouts. Assessment of plant concepts, layouts, installation planning, equipment requirements and technical interfaces for construction, secondary and commissioning technology. Coordination of technical solutions with network operators, manufacturers, specialist planners and project teams. Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, relevant regulations, customer standards and internal quality requirements

Complete study of electrical engineering, energy engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification as master, technician or through relevant professional experience. Experience in project management, project coordination, planning, execution, installation, commissioning or technical execution of substations, switching systems, network connections or energy infrastructure projects. Experience with AIS/GIS systems, transformers, high-voltage devices, plant layouts or grounding concepts focusing on primary technology. Safe handling of MS Office, MS Project or comparable project control and documentation tools Interest in standardization, digitization, BIM, model-based cooperation or continuous improvement of project processes. Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with high responsibility. Clear communication to customers, network operators, manufacturers, planners, entrepreneurs and internal stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English skills are of advantage. Driving licence class B and willingness to project-related appointments on construction sites, with customers and suppliers.
