Your Must-haves (This will bring you): (m/w/d) or a corresponding degree Experience: Funded practice in childcare and bed care Leadership: You can lead a team, motivate and lead through everyday life. Hands-on-Mentality: You are good for decision-making and accept responsibility. Organization: You work structured and keep an overview even in the case of high patient levels. Personality: You are communicative, facing and a real team player (m/w/d). Management experience: You have already successfully managed a station or an area (also in a position-representing manner). Further training: You have a DKG qualification for station management and ideally the qualification for practical instructions. Form the birth aid of the future: For our Level 1 perinatal centre and the Mother-Kind Centre, we are looking for a lead (m/w/d) for our Kreißsaal and our pregnant-ambulance, which combines technical strength with real leadership.
