Nursing service management – outpatient / home care (m/f/d)

In your position, you take over the professional and organizational management of the care area: Your responsibility lies in the management of personnel, including the design of the service plan. As a nursing service manager*in, you monitor the care process, ensure the implementation of predetermined processes, guidelines and our high quality standards. With your findings from practice, you support the further development of our quality management. You take communication with internal areas and external cooperation partners. You make sure that all costs for nursing care services are taken over and are in exchange with care funds. You advise your clients on questions of care and home care.

Your basis is a completed training for the nursing professionalwoman, elderly caregiverin or health caregiverin or (Children's) nurse. This leadership position additionally requires a nursing study or a further education for the leading specialist/residential management according to SGB XI or a similar degree. For the management of your operational team, it is ideal if you could gain active professional practice in outpatient care. You have already led a team or trust it to you – the necessary enforcement strength, persuasiveness and empathy will help you. On changed conditions, you are flexible and responsive to decisions, stay resilient and powerful. Self-organized and well-organized, you will take care of your tasks, keep an eye on economic premises and always show you service-oriented in contact with those in need of care and relatives.
