You are part of our Transition team and supports us in building and implementing an optimal team as well as a service model for newly acquired local and global customer contracts Ensuring a (successful) go-live for operational operation through efficient overriding management is an essential part of your tasks You are the responsible interface for the customer and our internal departments within the framework of transition projects You build customer relationships (internal and external) and ensure the satisfaction of the customer with the entire transition (process and results) by fulfilling the obligations and proactive handling of customer expectations Ensuring a smooth project run between the strategic and operational areas You are responsible for creating and implementing a transition plan within the agreed time and budget framework, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

You have completed an economic or technical study, with the focus on Facility Management (Bachelor, Master) or equivalent training First professional experience in Transition Management, Facility Management or comparable area with project management context are beneficial Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You bring willingness to travel Structured, independent, sustainable, standardized and solution-oriented thinking and working methods Safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders Your place of work depends on the place of residence
