Comprehensive support: You care for male children and young people aged 12 to 16 with different behavioral disorders and binding disorders. Target-oriented help planning: You are responsible for the creation and implementation of educational, therapeutic and school development goals. Documentation: Your daily work is carefully documented in care reports and documentation as well as in education planning. Parent work and network work: You form cooperation with parents, authorities and other bodies and act as a linking element between young people and external partners. Teamwork and shiftwork: You appreciate a varied activity and work flexibly in shiftwork in a multi-professional team.

Qualification: You are state-approved educators, social pedagogues, social workers or health education (m/w/d). You will be happy to bring an additional qualification in systemic consulting, media, sexual or trauma education. You have ideally experience in stationary youth assistance and intensive education. Mobility: You have a passenger car license and can accompany the young people on appointments. Detection of existing masonry protection (titer detection) and an extended guidance certificate when hiring. Regardless of your denomination, you will identify yourself with the Diaconian order and will be happy to help.
