In this role, you act as a strategic interface between business and IT and are responsible for the IT-side orientation of the domain Enterprise Steering & Support. Strategic advice on corporate, steering and sustainability functions on regulatory requirements and their organisational, process and systemic implementation Internal (IT) Lead Consultant for Regulatory Issues in Sustainability and Enterprise Steering, including: CSRD / ESRS, EU-Taxonomy, CSDDD / CS3D, EUDR, GHG Protocol, Scope-Reporting, further ESG, Sustainability and Compliance Frameworks Analysis, structuring and translation of regulatory requirements in implementable digital target images, roadmaps and decision bases Advising management in prioritization, governance models and organisational responsibilities Consultative management of the demand and project portfolio from a professional regulatory perspective (without operational project or system responsibility) Presentation of workshops, decision-making and voting formats with departments, IT and external partners Quality assurance and professional support of IT projects with regulatory focus (e.g. sustainability reporting, data & control solutions) Building a resilient network with internal experts, compliance, legal, sustainability and finance functions Creating fascinating: Your Tasks

Multiannual professional experience in dealing with regulatory requirements, ideally in the context: Sustainability / ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Steering Very good professional understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, in particular CSRD/ESRS, EU-taxonomy and adjacent ESG regulations Experience in consulting, designing or controlling complex, regulatory initiatives in corporate or consulting fields Ability to analyze, classify and prepare regulatory requirements in a structured manner Embossed consulting, communication and moderation competence as well as safe occurrence towards senior management and executive stakeholders Solid understanding of the role of IT systems as an enabler for reporting, control and compliance - without focus on technical detail implementation German and English skills Our commitment to you: your benefits As an internationally successful family-run company, the Liebherr group offers you a secure workplace, a unique variety of tasks and exciting development opportunities.
