At least with expertise according to §34a GewO, a VdS certification – with us you have the opportunity to introduce and develop your knowledge. Your responsibility As a qualified NSL expert, you make an important contribution to the protection of persons, objects and values: monitoring of security and video surveillance systems alarm processing of incoming alarm and event messages (e.g. intrusion, sabotage, vandalism, technical disturbances) based on predefined action plans alerting and initiation of intervention measures (e.g. security forces, firefighters, police or rescue services) Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and confidentiality Creation of operational reports and handover to responsible bodies or contractors Documentation and production of operational reports, measures carried out, reporting and reporting We are looking for support for our locations in Görlitz and Kassel. Completed vocational training and qualification as NLS specialist (e.g. VdS 2237) IHK examination according to § 34a GewO Professional experience in an emergency call and service control centre (NSL) or multi-year professional experience in safety Immigrant Police Department Confidential handling of control center technology (fire alarm, burglary and overfall alarm systems) Technical understanding, especially for alarm systems High demand for service quality and customer friendliness Solution competence readiness for shiftwork (night, weekend and holiday work) Safe handling of MS Office and modern control systems Discretion, fast reaction capacity
