Insolvency Clerk - Insolvency Administration / Legal (m/f/d)

We advise medium­sized enterprises and private individuals and focus on the specific needs of firms in the crisis and in­solvency administrators. Reasons and triggers for sub­sistence crises are often different and varied. There is only one chance for the management and the successful restart: the right to recognize and the operational and indirect counter taxes. Our consultants are responsible for creating sanitation arrangements, supporting companies in the conversion of sanitation and the purchase of the necessary funds. We work together with a network of experienced experts. Process processing: You support the insolvency administrator in the settlement of regulatory insolvency proceedings and the property administrator in self-governing proceedings Debt assessment: You check creditor claims in consultation with the insolvency administrator Directories & Documents: You create the insolvency directories according to §§ 151 ff. InsO and prepare the necessary documents carefully Correspondence & deadlines: You prepare communication with creditors, monitor deadlines and ensure a structured process within insolvency proceedings

Foundation training: You have a successfully completed training as a legal expert (m/w/d), a lawyer (m/w/d) or a tax specialist (m/w/d) Experience in bankruptcy management: Ideally, you already have practical experience in the processing of insolvency proceedings Cooperation in the process team: You like to work in the team and support a smooth process within the procedures You have very good knowledge of German at least C1 level You have at least 1 year relevant professional experience in the field
