As head of the local electrical engineering business unit (w/m/d), you are responsible for the business field in the field of electrical engineering at the Berlin site. This function is responsible for sales and earnings responsibility in the form of budget planning and control in coordination with the interfaces as well as the targeted business field development, including through sales and network activities. You are introducing creative ideas that can be implemented to actively promote business and cooperation. You lead a team of about 14 employees in discipline and professional terms and manage future-oriented personnel planning and development. In addition, with your empathic leadership style, you create a trusting team climate that is influenced by the WIR feeling. You work with other business areas as well as other internal and external stakeholders in a targeted and constructive manner.

Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience, e.g. in the planning, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, safety power supplies, fire alarm or safety alarm systems in industrial, commercial and special buildings A recognition as a test expert acc.
