DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

You work with our development, QA and IT departments and complement them in DevSecOps You are responsible for and coordinating the definition and conception of measures in the software development process (SDLC) and establish sustainable security processes You support and train our teams in the implementation and improvement of safe development practices (Secure Coding, SAST, DAST), actively participate in the development of safe architectures, Threat models and safety tests, and through workshops and training, you support the lived security culture in the company You advise on the selection of tools and frameworks for development, testing and deployment and establish interdepartmental standards You cooperate with the IT department to develop and integrate IT security infrastructure You accompany audits with evaluation and answers of your topics and processes You have the opportunity to manage information security and cyber security incidents of our products and solve them with the development, testing and security teams

A completed study or training in Berech Informatics, IT Security, Engineering or Economics Multiannual professional experience in DevSecOps, DevOps or Test Engineering Know-how in topics such as security architecture, CI/CD Security, Zero Trust, Defense in Depth Practical experience with safe development processes and tools programming knowledge in relevant languages (e.g. Python, Java, Lua), and C/C++ Communication skills and joy in knowledge transfer Responsibility and leadership quality in dealing with other teams Ideally you have: Experience with relevant industry standards (e.g. IEC/ISO 62443, ISO 26262, IEC 61508) Experience in crisis management for specialist topics Interest in common and new methods and standards Ready to continue professional development Professional or private experience with embedded systems, firmware and middleware development Knowledge in the areas of our products Analytical skills and a structured, organised way of working Communication strength and team capacity Very good German and solid English skills
