For a fixed group of employees, you coordinate all personnel decisions and connect as a central contact person consultation with organization in compliance with legal and collective terms. A central focus Your function is the initation and support of the digital HR transformation processes as well as the optimization of the internal department sequences including all interfaces.

(or similar) or comparable training with long-term adequate professional experience as well as a two-year supplementary/specialist training At least three years of relevant experience as a human resource (m/w/d), ideally in a medium-sized industrial company Detectable project experience in the optimization of HR processes High digital affinity and joy in HR transformation processes Experience from a collective company, preferably in the IG Metall Tariff Good knowledge of English Depending on the type of disability, the site is suitable for people with difficulty.
