In our Team Finance & Accouting, we are looking for assistance in parttime for the insurance sector.

Support and further development of international insurance programmes, in particular in the fields of non-material and business interruption, transport, liability, D&O, legal protection, electronics and group accident insurance Coordination and technical support in the risk coverage of our group companies in Germany and abroad Coordination and control of damage cases in close cooperation with brokers, insurers and internal departments (including logistics and law) Calculation, auditing and validation of insurance sums and premiums, as well as input to budget planning, under-year forecast and return of premiums from all companies Negotiation and supervision of project covers for construction projects, including tracking of risk engineer recommendations Technical clarification of coverage content, exclusions and other questions on policies for internal contact persons Decision preparation for complex insurance and risk issues for our CFO / COO in consultation with the Director Finance & Accounting

Commercial, legal or insurance-specific training or a comparable background Professional experience in industrial or group insurance, e.g. in an insurer, broker or industrial company Impressed organisational strength and a solution-oriented and independent operation High level of reliability and enforcement combined with a team-oriented working style Found MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
