Manager Product Support After Sales (m/d/w)

You create, process, specify, acquire and manage customer orders for the Integrated Product Support department. You agree with the respective interface partners and stakeholders. You work with the supply creation, order processing and spare parts supply of international customers. You work at reportings in the course of Lost orders and risk analyses. You prepare all relevant data and documents (e.g. offers, order copies etc.). You coordinate accreditations with customers and banks. You support in claim management and market analysis. You wrap foreign-language customer correspondence (engl./span./franz.).

You have completed technical training or three-year professional training. You have many years of professional experience, as well as further training. You have a strong commercial knowledge and basic knowledge in export business, as well as technical understanding and basic knowledge in commercial law. You can work systematically and know yourself in project management as well as in SAP/MS Office. You recognize relationships and trade across areas. You have negotiated skills, good expressiveness, high social competence and are in contact. You show responsibility and willingness to deal with other cultures. You are team-ready and secure in dealing with customers and business partners. Very good English skills complete your profile.
