Onsite and Deskside support for malfunctions and service requests according to ITSM tickets and service levels Implementation of hardware and software IMAC services incl. Re-installations according to defined standards Break/Fix on end devices as well as tests after repair and user collection Rollout, replacement and refresh of EUC devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile) incl. Provision for new entries Maintenance of inventory/assets as well as timely updates in asset management and CMDB by default Coordination with Service Desk, Remote Resole Team and Manufacturers/OEMs (incl. escalations) Support for printing/MFD environment, meeting room technology and other hands-and-eyes activities (e.g. network/server space according to instructions)
REQUIREMENTS Complete training in the IT environment (e.g. technical informatics, IT system electronics or comparable) Practice in onsite/deskside support, incident and request processing in the ticket system (ITSM, e.g. ServiceNow) Experience with IMAC/IMACD, rollout/provisioning as well as standardized build/image processes Solid understanding of endpoint hardware, periphery and basic knowledge of printing and conference technology Very good documentation and process discipline (SOPs/Runbooks), incl. clean ticket and asset care Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
