Qualification: Complete training in track construction, road mechanics or civil engineering with training as master or technician (m/w/d) – or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual professional experience in track construction, ideally with first leadership responsibility Knowledge: Safe handling of relevant technical regulations (DB guidelines, VOB and DIN standards) Personality: sense of responsibility, organizational talent, team spirit and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Flexibility: readiness to nationwide mounting inserts of up to 10 days per piece as well as weekend and shift work.
