For our organizational unit Financial Services & Systems, we assign a work-study activity at the next possible time. From the outset, you will be included as an integral part of our team, work independently and actively contribute to our projects and your perspectives. The weekly working time is in agreement with the department at least 10 hours/week and a maximum of 20 hours/week. We ask you to provide your weekly availability in your application. Your duties You support the coordination of central control and communication processes and actively contribute to the implementation of our finance digitalization strategy. Together with the team, you support the further development of our Digital Roadmap and ensure the progress of our ongoing digitalization initiatives through continuous monitoring. You independently organize our established event formats such as the Digital Roundtable, Community Web Sessions as well as the Finance AI expert group and help build new event and exchange formats. You support the identification, analysis and evaluation of new digitalization potentials and actively contribute their own ideas and impulses. Together with the team, you will support the implementation and establishment of new digital finance applications and help automate processes and implement smart workflow solutions (e.g. MS Power Automate, MS (Studio Agents), etc.). Your profile You are currently in the master's degree in economics, business management, business informatics or a comparable degree course - ideally with interest in the finance environment. You are thrilled with the digital transformation and have the pleasure of actively shaping changes. You ideally have first experiences in project work and are interested in change management issues, or want to further develop this knowledge with us. You have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to make complex content understandable. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for safe cooperation in an international environment.
