Responsibility for planning, prioritization and further development of electrical and electronic systems (E/E) for industrial trucks Management and coordination of internal and external development projects in close cooperation with development, product management and other fields Recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements of different stakeholders and ensuring transparent requirement management Coordination of technical solutions with internal development teams and external development partners over the entire product development process Planning and prioritization of development activities taking into account quality, costs, appointments and corporate objectives Support for the continuous development of innovative E/E architectures and electronic systems for the next generation of industrial trucks

Complete study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, automation technology or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or embedded systems, ideally in machine or vehicle engineering Experience in the management and coordination of technical development projects and in the handling of interdisciplinary project teams Knowledge of requirements engineering, stakeholder management and ideally experience as a product owner or in a comparable interface function Structured, analytical and self-sponsored operation as well as pronounced communication and moderation capabilities Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
