As a real estate manager / object manager (m/w/d), you take a central role in the strategic and operational management of our real estate portfolio. You are the interface between management, administration, nursing, technology and external partners and ensure that our locations are operated and developed economically, technically and organizationally at the highest level.

Maintenance, modernisation & technical inventory management Control of maintenance, renovation and modernization measures with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational safety Perform regular object visits including expert status assessment, derivation of necessary measures and structured prioritisation commissioning, control and control of external partners (works, maintenance, testing companies) and ensuring the timely implementation Coordination and operational planning of the real estate management team as well as the master team and coordination of tasks in ongoing operation Support for maintenance and operator requirements (e.g. fire protection, domestic engineering, lifts, technical tests)

Projects, new construction & development Accompanying new construction projects from planning to handover and commissioning Support for tenders, acceptances, fault management and coordination of all project participants Accompanying site developments and sales as part of the strategic development of the portfolio Creating your own ideas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement In addition, Support for location-related processes (e.g. equipment, setup, handovers, documentation) Development and further development of standards to ensure that properties remain modern, economical and operationally safe in the long term
