Construction Supervisor - Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

As Supervisor Construction Management Mechanical (m/w/d), you are on site at the construction sites and monitor our contractors as well as the handling of complex EPC projects or subprojects for production facilities and buildings in the field of mechanical installations.

Construction management of high-tech industrial projects focusing on mechanical installations (TGA) Ensuring a quality and timely design Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and overall overview of the activities on site at the construction site Documentation of progress and reporting to the construction management Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations Participation in construction sites, acceptances and coordination meetings Deficiency detection and tracking Compensation and review of subcontracted documents

(m/w/d) or Starter (m/w/d) Ideally, first professional experience in construction monitoring, preferably in the field of mechanical structures Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards of advantage Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH room as well as a 5-day stay at the project location Intercultural competence, team spirit and independent working Very good German knowledge in word and writing for smooth communication with partly exclusively German-speaking employees and authorities Ownership of the German driving licence Class B
