Team Lead AML Governance (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the AML Governance team and the strategic development of the area You are responsible for the AML governance framework, including its continuous development and monitoring You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. GwG, KWG, FATF, BaFin) You coordinate internal and external audits in the field of money laundering prevention and the derivation and implementation of appropriate measures You develop and develop company-specific risk analyses (money laundering, terrorist financing, other criminal acts) and carry out control plans You develop and support policies, control processes and training concepts to strengthen compliance culture

You have a degree in law, business or a comparable qualification with compliance focus You have several years of professional experience in money laundering prevention/AML, ideally with leadership experience You have sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and best practices in the financial sector You convince with pronounced analytical skills, communication strength, and a safe occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
