Project controlling: Assessment of project costs, budget monitoring and analysis of deviations and tracking of project margins. Development of progress reports for each project where potential financial risks are identified and appropriate adaptation measures are proposed. Monitoring the company's projects in close cooperation with project managers - from the planning phase to the conclusion. Creating monthly dashboards with a detailed analysis of the deviations from budget and forecasts. Development of processes and instruments for monitoring and optimising costs and margins per project.

Cooperation with operational controlling: Continuous improvement of controlling processes and optimization of reporting instruments. Monitoring and analysis of the performance indicators of the various business sectors. Further development of ERP processes in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments.

You have successfully completed training as well as further training in controlling or finance. Insufficient professional experience, ideally in project controlling or operational controlling in an industrial environment. You have profound knowledge of project management methods and experience in handling ERP and BI tools. Analytical thinking and an independent way of working. You will enjoy cooperation in a dynamic, small team where you can bring your ideas and work together on solutions. Very good German knowledge (min. level C1) as well as good English skills are of course for you.
