You enter project-relevant interfaces and work closely with our construction management, purchasing, project partners, test instances and experts and act as competent:r and first:r Contact:in for our contractors You will check the plant and assembly planning and coordinate the test performance up to the approval and stock planning Examination of contracts and supplements, together with the teams of construction monitoring and purchasing, is one of your tasks as well as the defence of unauthorized claims and the enforcement of counterclaims Participation in acceptances including documentation and coordination of the commissioning processes, as well as preparation and monitoring of relevant UiG / CSM procedures By performing the assigned technical project management tasks, such as costs, dates and quality, you will ensure the success of the project Announcement and support of the planning and construction services and the assessment of special technical proposals

Your profile:

You have completed your studies as an architect:in, civil engineer:in or comparable successfully You will also score in the realization of construction projects with well-founded professional experience You already have relevant experience in the performance phases 5–8 in the construction, interior construction and outdoor and transport systems In addition, you already have experience with 3D model-based planning / execution (BIM experience desirable) Train-specific knowledge is advantageous in your daily business and you have profound knowledge in contract law (VOB, HOAI)
