Number: MER0003YIA Suspension and drive train bearings are used in the suspension for connecting the wheel suspensions to the scoop, the rough construction and for suspension of the drive train. The function of the bearings has a decisive influence on the driving and comfort behavior of the vehicle (travel dynamics, NVH), at the same time, high demands on the operational strength are to be met. The team's suspension and drivetrain bearings will support these topics from development to series. These challenges include: Organisation and administration of test parts Measurement assignment and subsequent analysis of bearing characteristics/stiffnesses Assessment of injury Equipment of vehicles with test systems Constructions Benchmark analyses Design and presentation of project-specific documents The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course of studies in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, materials/materials engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working driving licence class B Prior knowledge of the chassis and/or in the field of elastomers desirable Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
