For the care of residential and commercial properties in Dresden, we are looking for a reliable homemaster (m/w/d) with electrotechnical qualification as part of the transfer of employees.

♪ Your future task:

• car rental services in residential and commercial properties
• Maintenance and repair work
• Regular object visits including documentation
• Operation and monitoring of industrial plants
• Implementation of small spatial reconstructions
• Equipment of rooms with furniture, technology and materials
• Support for the coordination and control of external service providers
• Creation of reports and documentation, if necessary Care in computer systems

Your profile for Hausmeister (m/w/d):

• Complete vocational training in craft or technical fields
• Certification as an electric specialist for defined activities (BGV A3)
• G20 and G25 investigation
• driving licence class 3 / B
• Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work
