First of all, limited to two years in full time, Cologne

For our location in Cologne, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/w/d) fund accounting for the following core tasks: You are reliable for the ongoing accounting support of closed real estate funds according to KAGB The creation of fund financial statements (annual reports according to HGB/KAGB) is safe on time You carry out NAV calculations and tune with the deposit Booking and control of all fund-relevant business transactions You are versed in voting bank accounts Routiniert You take the coordination with external service providers Communication with auditors and tax advisors, in particular as part of the annual audit, can be carried out regularly and in due time You actively participate in the reporting and reporting obligations (BaFin, Bundesbank, AWV) Contributes to the further development of internal processes and systems in fund accounting As part of a journey to the USA you have the opportunity to get to know the Fund Accounting Team of our sister company

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a training as a tax specialist (m/w/d) and optimally the completed audit of the balance sheet holder(in) With 5–7 years of experience in fund accounting according to KAGB, preferably from the environment of closed real estate funds, you are right with us.
