For our Trader Finance Directorate, Financial and Risk Management Distributors we are looking for one or more Service Partner Wholesale, Financing & Risk (m/w/d) The Department of Financial and Risk Management Dealers is responsible for the efficient processing of the purchase financing of new, exemplary and used cars as well as for spare parts and works closely with traders and manufacturers. In addition, the department is continuously working on the early identification of risks, with the aim of minimising potential losses in retail engagements, but also to closely supervise non-performing engagements. We also work locally and together with our headquarters in Paris, on projects to optimize our services and our systems for our customers.

Examination, approval and settlement of trader buying-in operations and timely payment transactions Care of merchant master data and credit lines Processing of manufactures and large-scale customers Implementation of ad-hoc requirements and processing of risk-relevant facts incl. Risk mitigation measures. Complete operational settlement of insolvency cases until debit. Participation in digitalization and process optimization to reduce manual processes Implementation and documentation of controls and safeguarding deadlines and quality standards in the processes Service-oriented communication with traders, manufacturers and internal stakeholders. Introduction of technical expertise in projects and processing of special tasks (also in English)

Completed vocational training in the financial environment, desirable a successfully completed study of economics or similar courses Insufficient and multiannual experience in credit and trader financing as well as knowledge in payment transactions and invoicing, ideally knowledge and experience in the field of insolvency processing Ability to analyse risk-relevant situations and to initiate appropriate risk mitigation measures High understanding of process and digitization Good communication skills as well as pronounced service orientation, motivation and team skills Secure handling of MS Excel and relevant credit systems Flowing German and English skills
