Head Security & Infrastructure (m/w/d)

To support the strategic objectives of Mister Spex and our growing technology-platform searches, we have experienced technology leaders who are responsible for the security and platform infrastructure in our organisation. To be successful in this role, you should bring a lot of practical experience when it comes to making, operating and continuously developing cloud-native platforms securely – not just by inserting commands into the console. In addition, you should be able to pour complex thoughts into well-structured, convincing documents that also collect other executives. You take responsibility for our security strategy, drive its implementation, continuous improvement and vision of the future In addition, you define and guide initiatives to secure our data, systems and infrastructure together with our Ops and Engineering teams, including topics such as identity security, vulnerability management, SDLC improvements and security monitoring You work hands-on with the tech teams to improve security in their areas – from conception to implementation The development of processes to identify and address threats is in your hands - you coordinate external security partners and implement best practices, policies and metrics You promote a security awareness culture by advising and training our organization and leadership in security, compliance, and governance issues – so that we keep standards robust

You have profound experience in managing security initiatives, ideally with platform teams In addition, you bring deep, practical expertise with cloud-native infrastructure, cloud security (AWS, Azure, M365), IAM and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Your proven leadership experience in cloud and hybrid security, especially in the areas of IAM, Hardening, Incident and Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Security Architecture make you the perfect fit You have knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO27k, NIS, PCI-DSS, BSI-ITG) and governance practices You have a ability to understand complex security issues – also in documentation and instructions You master German in word and writing (min. C1 level) and communicate fluently in English (min. B2 level) And of course you always have a Flipper Zero in your pocket and the USA you only enter with a freshly whipped
