As a team leader, you will lead a motivated team (10 employees and trainees) and help our customers finance their construction projects.

This is what awaits you: You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership and development of the employees, also through guidance in practice (training on the job), You work with projects and permanent business process optimization You support your team proactively in the upcoming transformation processes as part of the merger You take responsibility for credit decisions within the framework of the transferred competences You develop markets and identify sales potentials You sell financial products such as loans, construction savings contracts and real estate financing You ensure a high level of consulting and support quality You conduct and document consultations You support the management function in conceptual and strategic tasks You actively participate in the corporate strategy and support their successful implementation

We wish: You have completed bank training, economic studies, and bank-specific further education and training or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the (private) real estate lending business with You would like to take on personnel responsibility and bring many years of leadership experience You work independently and solution-oriented Communication strength and a flexible Hands-on Mindset are of course for you
