As part of our Account Management team, you are also responsible for the long-term development of existing customer relationships as part of the internal sales service, which is always a part of the onboarding and also with Rat & Tat. You accompany and support your associated customers from the public & church administration on the way to digitalization in Germany. As part of your activity, you are inspired by our document management (DMS) and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software solution enaio®, which is also used intensively in your working day.
