You take over the operational and strategic management of our branch as branch manager (m/w/d) and are responsible for further development You control, organize and plan all sales activities You are an active and motivated sales manager and the new customer acquisition is not a foreign word for you, whether on the phone or in the cold acquisition at personal appointments on site You take care of the existing customers reliably and conscientiously:inside and actively gain new knowledge:inside You keep an eye on the esteemed care and guidance of our external employees and always respect the legal and tariff frameworks You support the rest of the team in recruiting staff and in the disposition of our employees in the customer orders you receive

You bring multi-year professional experience in classic time work, ideally with the focus on nursing or pedagogy You have very good user knowledge in all common Microsoft Office products You convince as a strong sales manager with a pronounced service orientation You could possibly already gain experience in dealing with the software “Zvoove” As a strong leader, you keep a “cool head” in stressful situations and always find solutions for every challenge With your communicative personality, you will treat our customers: at any time valuable and reliable and a class B driving licence completes your profile
