These tasks await you: You take over the commercial building management You fully manage our buildings and properties over the entire life cycle of the real estate You create leases, additional cost bills and control them with the help of our building management software You are responsible for the property support through the independent implementation of renovations, renovations, maintenance and modernizations You plan project-related tasks independently and implement them You are responsible for the real estate management

That's what you bring: You have a commercial training ideally in the real estate industry or have a comparable qualification You have preferably attended a training course in house and property management You bring a strong interest in real estate and the diverse aspects of this industry You are self-initiative when taking over and performing tasks In addition to good knowledge and safe handling in the MS Office applications, you are ideally experiencing CAFM software You are digitally very affin and use appropriate tools in everyday professional life You have a valid driving license class B
