Exercise the Finance Business Partner role for the Strategic Business Unit PNO incl. ongoing implementation and further development of the controlling for the field, in particular with regard to new technologies

Creating financial transparency for the effective and efficient management of PNO with a focus on cost transparency and reporting to different stakeholders (including the Executive Board)

Creating a basis for relevant business decisions in the field, through meaningful reporting and targeted analyses, and the challenge of financial developments

deriving action recommendations and control impulses, consulting on optimization potentials and defining and prioritizing procedures for implementing

Control and coordination of the global controlling processes for the PNO (strategy, MTP, planning, forecast, SLA etc.) based on the ZEISS group processes incl. Reporting to the stakeholders (including the board) and professional guidance of the PNO controllers

Implementation of the controlling for SBU-wide (special) projects and cooperation with group-wide transformation initiatives in cooperation with the specialist controllers and link between projects/initiatives and financial functions

Further development of controlling processes and tools, for example using AI

Coordination of interfaces and ensuring regular communication between PNO controllers and the global financial organisation (Group, SBU, Society and Country Controlling)

Graduate degree in Business Administration or Adjacent Areas with a Focus on Finance/Controlling

Experienced for many years as a controller/business partner in international companies, with reporting on and consulting senior and top management as well as extensive experience with large multi-disciplinary projects & initiatives

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO (ideally S/4 HANA) and BI

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
