Production employee tire bellows production (m/f/d)

For our globally operating customer shelters in tyre production, we are looking for long-term and with takeover option at the Hannover site - Stock as a primer (m/w/d) in tyre bellows production as part of a full-time activity.

Your job as a production employee (m/w/d):

• Manufacture and vulcanization of tyre construction bellows: independent production and vulcanization of tyre construction bellows in compliance with technical and safety-relevant requirements.
• Preparation of material, tools and machines: Careful preparation and provision of all necessary materials, tools and machines for the smooth production process.
• Quality control and reporting of deviations: performing regular quality checks during production and timely reporting of deviations to avoid quality defects.
• Cleaning and trouble analysis: Responsibility for the thorough cleaning of machines and plants as well as the analysis of faults, with subsequent implementation of countermeasures for process optimization.

Your qualification:

• Complete industrial training or production experience.
• Physically resilient, independent and team-capable.
• High quality orientation and sense of responsibility.
• Layer readiness (3 layer system) and good German knowledge of internal communication
