Internal sales clerk with a focus on sales (industry)

Design the future with us! In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for you in the field of material processing in the interior service with a focus on sales. In this position you bring your strengths into organization, communication and structure for our brands Ambelt®, Forech Europe and W&K®. You play a versatile role and actively contribute to the growth of our group. As part of our central team, you will ensure that processes interfere smoothly. Your everyday life is varied and structured – with plenty of space, to introduce your own ideas. Sales support Creation of offers, order confirmations and invoices Preparation of work orders correspondence with customers and partners in their own development Close communication with the sales service Purchasing & Material Management Stock management and control of availability of goods Order processing including master data maintenance and price compensation Delivery date monitoring and close communication with suppliers Support of existing supplier relationships

A completed commercial training, an economic study or comparable qualification Ideally knowledge in wholesale, preferably even in industry A structured and careful way of working with fun in communication and organization Want to work on new topics Safe handling of MS Office, ideally first contact points with goods management systems (e.g. Sage)
