Your duties

• independent production of workpieces according to technical drawings in individual parts and small series production
• Programming and optimization of CNC machines with Siemens Sinumerik 840D (turning) or Heidenhain iTNC 530 (milling)
• Self-assembled, run-up and start-up of machines
• Measurement, setup and monitoring of the tools used
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls with standard testing and measuring instruments
• documentation of the test results and ensuring the required quality standards
• Monitoring the manufacturing process as well as continuous optimization of processing processes
• Eliminating small disturbances and performing maintenance, maintenance and maintenance work on the machines

Your profile

• Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) with a focus on turning or milling technology or a comparable qualification in a metalworking profession
• Experience in handling CNC-controlled machine tools
• Secure reading of technical drawings and routined handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Good PC knowledge
• Self-employed, careful and responsible work
• Teamability, flexibility and reliability
