Head of Electrical Maintenance (m/f/d)

Team leadership: You run, control and develop the electric maintenance team and, together with your employees, ensure a smooth production process. Responsibility for electrical installations: You take responsibility for the planning, construction, modification, operation and maintenance of our electrical equipment. Designing projects: You actively work in project teams and guide projects for refurbishment, optimization and refurbishment of machines, plants and buildings. Coordination of external partners: You tax and coordinate foreign companies and experts in the testing and maintenance of auditable facilities. Configuring energy management: You actively participate in operational energy management, support the further development of energy-efficient processes and measures and contribute to compliance with relevant standards and requirements. In perspective, there is the possibility of taking responsibility for energy management at the site. Promoting training: You take the technical responsibility for internal training in the field of electrical engineering, accompany the development of our trainees and support the guarantee of high-quality junior support. Ensure sustainability: With your technical understanding and organizational design, you will ensure long-term availability and continuous further development of our production facilities.

Technical qualification: You have a successfully completed master or technician training in the field of operating technology, automation technology or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in electrical work maintenance and have built up first leadership experience. Expertise: Knowledge as a responsible electrical specialist, in the field of plant operators electrical engineering and in occupational and health protection are advantageous. Structured operation: You work independently, responsibly and keep an overview of complex tasks. Communication and organizational talent: You convince by your communication strength, team orientation and your organizational skills.
